I attended my first class here on Sunday and I can happily say I’ll be returning again next week.

The class was great and was led by Emma who was excellent, she took us through a vinyasa flow in her beautiful studio where she provided all the equipment if needed and extra touches like homemade cleaning solution for our mats. She also gave us a mini head massage at the end which was wonderful and such a great finish to an excellent class. 5 out of 5 from me!!

Emma’s sessions are a great boost to the week. Filled with zen, her calming voice and clear instructions helps reset, rebalance and refocus the mind whilst giving you a full body workout that pushes your core development, use of breath and balance.

As a definite yoga sceptic, mainly due to a lack of flexibility, Emma has made her classes accessible and enjoyable for me. I have learnt that it doesn’t matter that I can’t touch my toes and that there are alterations to poses that can be made so I can still do them at my own level. She has taught me not to compare myself to other yogis around me, which has made me much more self-aware and I can focus on my own improvements instead.

I’ve really loved your sessions - you’re an amazing yoga instructor (I’ve done sessions with other instructors and not enjoyed nearly as much, I’m always comparing them to yours!).

Emma is a wonderful yoga teacher. She welcomed me into her classes when I felt nervous and put me at ease. With her teaching, I've learned to love yoga and fixed a flexibility issue that was hampering my rowing.
