Inclusion at Silver Wood Yoga Studio
My goal is to bring all kinds of people together to practice, to deepen individual yoga practices, and to share lived experiences.
I aim for my studio to be an intentional space, one that welcomes everybody and allows them to be their authentic self without fear of judgement. I welcome people of any age, race, ethnicity, disability, neurodivergence, body type, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion or political affiliation.

I am particularly passionate about womxn's health, and believe it is important to bring womxn together to provide a supportive environment and connection with one another at key transition stages in life. Women, non-binary people and transgender men all experience hormone fluctuations that can impact their lives. Everyone is welcome in my classes and I hope you feel safe to join them.

I have been working in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for many years, more recently focusing on accessibility and inclusion for disabled and neurodivergent people. I have experience of teaching neurodivergent, Deaf and non verbal students, as well as chair yoga for those with limited mobility. I can tailor private classes either in person or virtually to create a space that feels safe for you or you are welcome to join any of my public classes, workshops or retreats.

I am always learning and welcome any conversations about how to make my offer more inclusive to you.
