Service Description
Menopause yoga combines specially modified yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practices alongside evidence-based medical health, nutrition, natural remedies and well-being guidance. It is not a magic pill and does not claim to 'cure' medical conditions or 're-balance' your hormones. But yoga is scientifically proven to reduce stress and inflammation, which exacerbates many menopause symptoms such as anxiety, hot flushes, joint and muscle pain. I don't currently have capacity to add a weekly menopause yoga class to my timetable, but I am planning a menopause yoga day retreat (hopefully early 2025). I also have private classes available on a Sunday morning at 0930. If you are interested in some regular 1:1 menopause yoga sessions please book these via the 'private classes' booking button. You can also book these with a friend or a group of friends (up to 4 people) if you'd like to share the cost.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice I will do my best to fill your space but if I am unable to do so you will still be charged.
